For Gosse, it’s always been about the numbers. With two years in the top 30 of the Cyclocross World Ranking and racing for the Dutch national team at the CX Worlds few times, he can look back on a pretty successful career as a professional cyclocross rider. But now, ... what comes next?

 

TAKING TURNS

After his victory in 2020, Sofiane Sehili decided to return to the Atlas Mountain Race in Morocco last year, taking on the challenge for a second time. After a rather conservative start and more sleep than he is accustomed to, he was still going toe to toe with the leading group, navigating between 3rd and 5th place. Just after Checkpoint 2, and before he could get a chance to play his famous no-sleep card, disaster struck: a mechanical abruptly annihilated his chances of continuing in the race…
