Madonna and Guy Ritchie's son on a needle

Not that we are after any mentions in the yellow press.. not at all. But sitting at the dentist this morning, thumbing through a gossip rag and finally discover that Madonna’s and Guy Ritchie’s son is actually riding our NEEDLE…  - even if it was dentist day the day could have started much worse!
