A few weeks ago the german “Rad Race” crew and a fleet of our ARISE– and HOOK Gravelbikes made their way onto the mystic island of Iceland.
As Iceland brings with it a lot of challenges, these are best illustrated with photos, as there are simply not enough words to express this cold and hostile environment. Luckily the journey was accompanied by outdoor photographer Lars Schneider, and the images he came back with make you almost feel the freezing temperatures, see the steep mountains to be climbed, and the rough gravel to be negotiated. But above all its the breathtaking landscapes that will be most remembered and inspire us to one day take a journey there ourselves.

Right in time inbetween Euro- and Interbike trade shows we are happy to share our latest catalogue. Available this Fall, Bombtrack’s 2016 range has indeed ‘gone fourth and multiplied’ – to now include fourteen all new or updated models. ’Diverse’ is probably the best word to sum it up: from the origins in trackbikes, gravelrace and single speed the new range takes the brand into road racing, touring, performance orientated cyclocross and even adventure bike-packing. The thing which connects all of these areas together is actually the modern cycling enthusiast.
A few of those enthusiasts that were involved by getting our bikes on-point during the last months we even portraited in our catalogue: read interesting articles about Marc, his Beyond bike and their “A Journey Beyond”, about Clem Shovel, the Audax bike and his 14th place at this year’s Transcontinental Race or find out more about Jason Sellers, the photographer putting our bikes in the right spotlight already for few years now.
We are very looking forward to any response you might have – feel free to share our catalogue wherever you can and want. We would appreciate it!

We teamed up with Camelbak for a collaboration bottle that was originally produced for being exhibited and shown at this year’s tradeshows. After receiving that positive reactions about the bottle, we discussed with the Californians and finally decided to make it available for the commercial market later in the year.
Pedal Consumption rust revealed our latest Needle bike, available from this year’s late September. See the full post here.
It might look bizarre to find a picture of a foreign brand posted on our channels – but we thought it is more than worth to mention that Karl from the Hardbrakers and his SCRIPT bike made it into the latest catalogue of Continental tires! No wonder, as it seems it is not only the bike that has survived the trips Karl was doing recently.
First photos from Hardbraker‘s recent “Grand Tour: Warsaw to Helsinki” have now been published on the Leica Camera blog – as part of a portrait from HB member and crew fotographer Mr. Carlos Fernandez Laser. Take a click and stay tuned for more!
